💅🏽 PERFECTLY TOUCHED NAILZ Mobile Services & Travel Policy Where Every Nail Feels Like Perfection — Delivered To You ✨ Perfectly Touched Nailz offers mobile nail services for clients who would like to enjoy a professional nail experience from the comfort and convenience of their location. 🚗 TRAVEL FEES Travel fees are in addition to the price of your nail service and are based on the distance traveled to your appointment location. 0–5 miles: $15 6–10 miles: $20 11–15 miles: $30 16–20 miles: $40 21–30 miles: $50+ 30+ miles: Custom travel quote required Any applicable parking fees or tolls will be added to the final appointment total. 💰 MOBILE BOOKING MINIMUM A $75 minimum in nail services is required to book a mobile appointment. The travel fee does not count toward the $75 service minimum. 💳 BOOKING & PAYMENT Mobile appointments must be booked in advance. Your appointment is not secured until all required booking requirements have been completed. Travel fees are non-refundable once travel to the appointment has begun. Additional services requested during the appointment are subject to availability and will be added to the final balance. 🏡 CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES To provide the best possible service, clients must have: • A clean and safe environment • Adequate lighting and electrical access • Enough space for equipment and service setup • The service area ready upon arrival Please provide the correct appointment address when booking. A change in location may result in an adjusted travel fee. ⏰ ARRIVAL & WAIT TIME Please be ready at your scheduled appointment time. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Extended wait times may result in an additional fee or appointment cancellation if there is not enough time to safely complete the scheduled service. ❌ CANCELLATIONS Please provide adequate notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your mobile appointment. Please provide 48 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your mobile appointment. Same-day cancellations, last-minute location changes, or cancellations after travel has begun may result in the loss of your booking payment and/or travel fee. Failure to cancel appointments within the 48 hour window will result in loss of 100% booking payment and/or travel fee.
